It's Monday after a Thanksgiving Weekend and I feel like a slug. I didn't over eat although I ate more pie and bread the last few days than I have for months. My daughter made a delicious pecan pie and didn't take home the leftovers so I had to eat finish it.
I know my lack of exercise is a major reason I feel sluggish. It's the start of a new week and a great time to get out there walking. Exercising is always on the bottom of my to due list despite the fact I know the more I workout the better I feel.
